Thure Lindhardt


Thure Lindhardt is one of the most critically acclaimed Danish actors of his generation. He began his career at the age of 12, and soon won a role in Bille August’s film, PELLE THE CONQUEROR, which won the Palme d’Or at Cannes.

Thure has since appeared in such films as ANGELS IN FAST MOTION for which he won the Danish Academy award.

American film roles include Sean Penn’s INTO THE WILD, and soon after again in Ron Howard’s ANGELS & DEMONS.

Thure was nominated at The Spirit Awards 2013 as ‘Best lead Actor’ and also won ‘The Danish Theater Award’ for his lead role in the play THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME.
